Her talks are driven by passion to help others and from her first-hand experience. In her early 40s, Nicki experienced problems with low energy, stress, brain fog and mood swings. It was only when she had her hormones properly tested that she realised she was going through peri-menopause and it was possible to transform her health through diet, lifestyle and targeted supplements.
The change was so dramatic that Nicki quit her corporate career, went back to college and re-trained as a nutritionist and female health expert.
